i had a wonderful stay at marco polo! the harbor view room was stunning, and the city views were even more breathtaking at night. the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, making my trip feel extra special.

The hotel is just a few steps from the Avenue of Stars and the beautiful Tsim Sha Tsui East Waterfront Podium Garden, making it a perfect spot for leisurely strolls and beautiful harbor views. I also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my stay.

The Harbor View Room was stunning, and the lounge access added a nice touch with afternoon tea and evening drinks.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the in-room dining was quick and tasty, which we loved. The outdoor pool offered a relaxing escape, and the cozy lounge was perfect for afternoon coffee. Just a heads-up, the shower could use a little upgrade to match the rest of the luxurious feel, but it didn’t spoil our stay. 😊

i had a fantastic stay at marco polo! the lobby was stunning and always buzzing. It’s right by a huge shopping center. the room was spacious and clean, and the continental club staff, especially angela’s team, went above and beyond for us. felt like a luxury experience!

Air conditioning didn't work great. it felt warm at times, and only got checked on the third day. No individual controls for the AC, which could be a hassle for different preferences. Did notice the bathroom lacked an extractor fan, and the room furnishings felt a bit dated—could use a refresh to match the cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy Superior Queen Room. The concierge team was fantastic, offering great tips for exploring the city. Don't miss the onsite restaurant. their breakfast spread is delightful. To future guests, opt for a higher floor for better views!

The location provided easy access to ferries and shopping, while the views of the harbor from my deluxe room were stunning, especially at night. Breakfast options were diverse and included some delightful dishes like the delicious Manchego ratatouille. However, the deposit policy felt excessive, deducting from an otherwise pleasant experience. On a minor note, the pool closed too early for midday relaxation.
